Communication is lacking

Scriptures are beautiful! BUT I had to email…last time was at 11 weeks and no one communicated with me that they were behind! Nothing! They say 7-9 weeks…you would think there would be some sort communication sent out to those paying quite a bit of money for these, an email or something would be sent out! Then they just refunded shipping. I feel there should’ve been better customer service on their part and better compensation for being 2 weeks over. It could’ve been longer had I not stayed on top of them!
